Philly Stuffed Peppers

Hey Y'all!

The other night I made some amazing Philly Stuffed Peppers!  They were delicious and so easy!!! ENJOY!

What you'll need:

2 Green Bell Peppers, Hollowed out and seeded
8 pieces Deli sliced roast beef,  You can buy the sandwiched, pre-sliced meat like I did.
1/2 a yellow onion
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
4-6 pieces provolone cheese
Mushrooms, optional
Your favorite steak seasoning

1.  Coat the bottom of your skillet with some EVOO.  Saute your onions, garlic, and mushrooms until they are tender and browned.  Added in your sliced roast beef and favorite steak seasoning.  Cook and stir until warmed through.
2.  Hollow out your peppers and place a piece of provolone cheese inside the pepper.
3. Stuff the peppers with your meat and veggie mix.

4. Top with 1-2 more slices of provolone cheese.

5.  Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes, or until peppers are cooked through.
